Beautiful Georgian cottage for two people situated in secluded Victorian woodland garden on the Gordon Castle Estate Newly restored, Quarry Gardens Lodge is the perfect romantic getaway or escape to the country. Approached via the beautiful beach avenue, this cottage is off the beaten track and provides peace and tranquillity for exploring the north east. Please note a 3 night minimum stay applies. The space Beautifully decorated bedroom upstairs with king size bed, ensuite bathroom, free standing double ended cast iron bath and his and hers sinks. Downstairs, the well appointed sitting room with log burning stove, TV, Bluetooth speaker, comfortable sofa and armchair. Dining room (with possibility of small Z bed on request) seats 4 and overlooks the garden through the large sash windows. Brand new fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob. Just off the kitchen we have a very useful utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. There is an additional shower room and downstairs loo for your convenience. Secluded setting with wonderful walks around the estate and discounted entry to the wonderful walled garden and cafe (also on Gordon Castle Estate).
