Flat in Brighton and Hove Near Sea

Our place is a 4 minute walk to the beach, close to art and culture, restaurants and dining, plus family-friendly activities. Extremely fast Broadband speed! Very safe area. The large second bedroom has a spacious wardrobe. We can supply parking vouchers (£3.90 each) if you need to park at the apartment. If you (or parents) need some alone time, there is an extra TV in one bedroom. The space Accommodates: 1 - 4 people, there are two bedrooms, one with a TV and all movie channels, sky sports, netflix etc. Fully fitted kitchen, with new appliances. The bed in the large bedroom can be made into two singles. They clip together to make a double bed. Guest access You can access the whole flat, including outside areas. Other things to note Check in time is 2pm. There may be some visitor parking permits available at £3.90 per day, so please ask in advance if you'd like to reserve some of these (parking can be tricky in Hove so this is a good option)! We are in zone R. The vouchers give you 24 hour parking per day in this area. Please see "house rules" for clarity on what's allowed or not here.
