Cottage in North Devon

We are set just out side of Combe Martin, the nearest village, with Exmoor National Park's border to the east and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) to the west. A very stunning place to those who enjoy be close to the nature. Yetland Farm is perfect for small family holiday, where everyone is very welcome. A quiet place situated in the middle of the countryside where you can enjoy calm and silent nights of sleep after a busy day. The space The cottage provide a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, kettle and toaster, wash machine, eletric oven and cooker and a fridge. Also a private bathroom with bath and shower. A living room with comfortable sofa, electric fire, satellite flat-screen smart TV. And a dinning area with table and chairs. Out side of our cottages you will have access to a shared courtyard with a seating area and barbecue, play room, tennis squad, pool table room with tv and wi-fi, and one big field where the guests can freely use as prefer. Guest access Yetland Farm Holiday Cottages is centrally located, a short drive away of loads of tourist attractions and most beautiful beaches in the North Devon region. The best way to know around is having you own vehicle or even cycling if this is what you enjoy to do. Taxi is another way to go if wanna enjoy have a drink. If you have no problems to walk the nearest village is Combe Martin, located 1.5 miles from us. The next nearby town is Ilfracombe (approximately 7 miles away). With more infrastructure and bigger shopping's. A little farther, 9 miles away is located the city of Barnstaple, the main town on North Devon. *We provide a courtesy car park to ours guests. Other things to note -We are almost always around, so please anything you need just look for us. If we not out side doing some work you can find us ate the big blue house (just out side of the cottages yard. -Very sadly we like to inform that due the old age of our buildings (old cow barns converted on the 70's) we are not able to catering for people with mobility issues. -Guests are not allowed to smoke in side of the cottage and indoors spaces. -In respect to the others guests is not allowed visitors in the cottages and any others areas of Yetland. -Limited number of dogs are accepted so in order to avoid constraint please requests us before booking informing how many dogs and they respective sizes.
