The deposit is for covers noise disturbance offence / loss or damages/ non-compliance to house rules. Deposit will be refund within 24 hours after check-out if there are without incidental costs • Our Response to Covid-19: Our homestay are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. While we take every precaution to ensure the homestay is clean but we still recommended that you practice safe social distancing and thorough hand washing during your stay. Guests are required to wear face masks at all times in the common ground outside of the homestay. Kindly note that guests with temperatures of more than 37.5ºC will not be allowed to entry. • COVID-19 CONTACT TRACING COMPLIANCE : In compliance with government guidelines, all guests (including children) are required to provide full names + contact details and have their temperature taken before entering homestay.
