Its a fully furnished house with a mixture of modern and traditional concept interior design. An ideal stay for a families, couples, leisure or business travelers. Adequate parking available. The space An ideal stay for a families, couples, friends and business travelers visiting Ipoh, its surrounding such as Teluk Batik beach, Pangkor Island, Cameron Island, Lata Kinjang & Lata Iskandar Waterfalls, Prelut Hot Spring Resort, and many more attractions. Three (3) room available to accommodate 6 guests only. (Strictly limited to 6 guests only per night) Ipoh is also famous for its local delicacies such as Nasi Ganja, Ipoh White Coffee, Chee Chong Fun, Chendol, Rojak, Tau Fu Fah, Satay, Variety of Noodles, Dim Sum (Halal available), and many more mouthwatering dishes. Guest access The owner is staying nearby. Guests can contact the host for the keys once reach the house. (Strictly limited to 6 guests only per night) Other things to note RULES & REGULATION TO STAY IN THE HOUSE NO 3, JALAN SEJAHTERA 1. Check-in: 2:00pm to 10:00pm; Check-out: 12:00 noon. 2. The number of GUESTS ALLOWED to stay in the house is six (6) people only. 3. The guest who did the booking must produce his/her ID to the owner for verification before check-in. The guest is not allowed to do booking for another person. Third-party booking is NOT allowed. The owner has the right to reject any third-party booking. 4. Shoes and sandals are NOT allowed inside the house. 5. Pets are NOT allowed. 6. DO NOT hold parties, events or any kind of gatherings. This is a quiet neighborhood, events and gatherings may disrupt the harmony in this area. 7. DO NOT conduct any unlawful activity in the house, in the neighborhood and around this residential area. 8. Visitors are NOT allowed after 10:00pm. 9. Please SWITCH-OFF the lights and TURN-OFF the air-conditioner when leaving the house 10. Guests are NOT ALLOWED to take out any items from the house. 11. Guests are NOT allowed to re-arrange the furniture’s inside the house 12. Guests shall be LIABLE for any damages or repair costs. 13. This is a PRIVATE HOME. Keeping the premises clean will be much appreciated. As much as how the guests will very much like to be in a clean premise. 14. Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside the house and within the premises. 15. DO NOT throw any objects e.g., pads or pampers into the toilet bowl to prevent clogging of the toilet bowls 16. This is a private home. Therefore lorry, commercial van and heavy vehicles are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and not allowed into the house compound. No parking of these vehicles on the road shoulders 17. Cars shall be parked inside the house compound at the designated area. NO PARKING on the garden or lawn area. 18. Rubbish should be packed and tied nicely and put inside the designated rubbish dump located outside, in the front at the right-corner of the house. 19.
