Guest suite in Del Monte Forest

Pebble Beach guest house located in the quiet Del Monte Forest, a golf destination and gated community. 650 sq.ft. 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room, gas fireplace, WiFi, TV, kitchenette, private deck with fire pit and hot tub. 7 min walk to the ocean. 3 min drive to The Inn at Spanish Bay. 5 miles to the Pebble Beach Lodge. Portable crib available. No pets. No smoking on property. The space The guest house is a one-bedroom quarters attached to the rear of the main house with it's own private entrance. It was remodeled for the benefit of caring for our parents so it was designed with special attention for comfort and feeling at home. Some of the features include a gas fireplace, Directv and cable, smart TV, French doors leading to a private rear deck, Calcutta marble, large shower, walk-in closet with robes provided, 2 burner induction stove top, microwave drawer, Keurig, drip coffee maker or French press, queen size bed, down or allergy free pillows and comforter, and reading nook. There is also a larger deck with hot tub and fire pit for your private enjoyment. I am not a great gardener, but when the season is right, feel free to pick a fresh lemon, mint, or herbs to spike up your drink or meal, or enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens (as available). CRIB: A portable crib is available. SOFA: Though not a pull out bed, the sofa is very comfortable to sleep on and easily set up for a child. WASHER & DRYER: My laundry room is available to you at any time, situated in the garage and accessible from my home. The guest house is Smoking and Pet free. Guest access As you head to PB, please contact me with your estimated time of arrival. When you reach Pebble Beach, you will first need to stop at one of the five Gate Houses. Your name will be on the guest list. When you arrive to our home, there will be ample off street parking along the left side of the driveway where you'll see your private access through the gate to the left side of the garage. A short path will take you to the backyard. The guest house is accessed from the deck at the rear of the house. The door will be open and the key will be on the vestibule chest. Make yourself at home. But, please first come to my front door so we can meet and I can show you around. And always let me know if there is anything I can provide to make your stay for enjoyable. I want this to be a most delightful experience for you. Never feel like you are imposing. Other things to note Check-In is at 3:00 pm, and Check-Out is 12:00. but when able I am very flexible on these times. If you arrive early, you are free to store your luggage in my home for safe keeping and to lighten your load. There are also 4 chickens on site who roam the property. So if you are eating in, we usually have fresh eggs for you.
