This is our only way to “screen” guest responsibility. The space 🛏️ Master Suite: Queen Bed with full en-suite bathroom boasting double vanity and shower over tub. Bedroom 2: Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed plus another twin mattress Bedroom 3: Queen Bed 🚿 2nd full bathroom on main level in hall btwn bedrooms | Additional sleeping space available with queen air mattress and pull-out couch in the unfinished basement living if needed/desired. 🏔️While at the house, the high mountains of Mosquito Range are right out front with an open valley and stream below. Outside, the furnished wrap-around deck is the perfect place to take in the views and fresh air and grill out some dinner on the propane BBQ. **Sorry that all outside fires/fire pits have been Banned by the county** 🔥Stay cozy inside by the wood stove fireplace with plenty of soft blankets to read a book, watch a movie, or play some games. End days of hiking, biking and skiing together in the open kitchen and living room with space to chill at the island, table, couch and chairs. Bring what you want to fix for lunch and dinner with plenty of tools to cook up what you like. 🧇☕️The kitchen is equip with everything from waffle maker, pots and pans, toaster, cookie and pizza sheets, and coffee maker...and everything you need to eat what you fix. 🍿Evenings can be spent watching movies together on the living room 43" flat screen Smart TV, or kids and adults their own shows in bedrooms. Smart TV and or DVD player available in every room along with a mix of DVD movies and games for family entertainment at the house. Guest access Enter through the basement via smart lock doors, leaving your boots and outdoor gear there to spread out and dry. All exterior doors accessible with same code provided for checkin but upper deck less accessible with feet of snow. Up to the main living space where you can really see the view from the living room, kitchen, dining and deck. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level with the master suite up one more level. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: During the winter months four-wheeled drive or front wheel with chains are required as you will most likely encounter icy and/or snow packed roads in the entire neighborhood. The roads in our area are maintained / plowed by the county and that service is not within our control. Our snow removal service will plow our driveway whenever there is 4 inches of snow or more. We cannot guarantee at what time they will come. The cabin is located at approximately 11,200 feet elevation. Please stay hydrated, particularly if you are not used to altitude, consider bringing some ibuprofen in case you develop a headache. Drink a lot of water and be sure to use sunscreen!!! Due to the remote location, please be aware that there is limited cell service. Verizon and ATT seem to be the best for service. There will be Wi-Fi at the house so another option is to enable the Wi-Fi calling on your cell phone if possible.
