Description

This newly renovated first floor apartment is set over two levels with beautiful views over Loch Linnhe. It is situated minutes from the town centre by car and has free parking for 1 car available. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the hill behind Fort William the apartment is a 5 minute walk downhill to the high street, bus station & train station and the end of the West Highland Way. The splendid scenery and attractions of Lochaber are within minutes away. The space The apartment is accessed by a flight of stairs and on this level there is a lovely, bright open plan kitchen/living area with a modern, fully equipped fitted kitchen and a spacious lounge with comfortable couches and a smart tv with access to freeview & BT tv. Free wifi is also provided. For dining there is a breakfast bar with 6 stools and for our younger guests we can provide a small table and chairs or a highchair on request. Also on this level there is a bedroom with a kingsize bed, a twin room with two single beds and a sleek toilet room with enclosed electric shower cubicle. On the upper level there are a further two bedrooms (1 king with views across the loch & 1 single) and a modern bathroom with an electric shower above the bath. In addition there is a workspace on the upper landing for those work items that just won’t wait. You will find tea, coffee & fresh milk in the kitchen, along with basic cooking ingredients (olive oil, salt & pepper, herbs, spices) and essential household items (cloths, bin bag, dishwasher tabs, laundry capsules & dishwashing detergent etc) to get you started. The kitchen is fitted with a tall fridge/freezer, full size dishwasher and a washer/dryer for your convenience. There is also a selection of toiletries provided in the bathrooms and plenty of fresh towels to reduce your packing requirements. This apartment is ideal for couples or families who have come to explore the area or to rest and relax whether for a few precious days or for a couple of well-earned weeks. We have stair gates, a travel cot, highchair and other child friendly items (bathroom stools, toddler toilet seats) available on request, so please get in touch if you would require any of these items during your stay. The garden beside the front door is exclusively available to guests and there is a table and chairs provided for your comfort. Guests also have use of the shed in the back garden to store bikes/outdoor gear/toys. In addition, guests have access to the grassed area to the front of the apartment which is shared with the downstairs neighbour. Please note no barbecues are allowed in the small back garden. As there is a family living below the apartment we would kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum both in the building and when in the garden. We are sure you will enjoy your stay here whether you are exploring the beautiful landscapes, touring the local towns & villages or just relaxing in our property. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole apartment with the exception of a locked housekeeping cupboard. Other things to note Please read before confirming payment: by booking you agree to our terms & conditions. This is a non-smoking premises and no pets are allowed. Please no barbecues in the smaller back garden. Upon departure the property should be left in a suitably clean and tidy condition. Please Note: Parking is on a first come first serve basis within the residential cul-de-sac, we would recommend if guests have more than one vehicle that extra cars are parked in the long-stay car park by the West End roundabout, a 5-10 minute walk from the property.
