The washer / dryer is all yours during your stay! Free Parking on a well-lit, low traffic street is available right next to the short sidewalk that will deliver you to the Door. NOTE: The basement entrance is only a few steps from the street, but there are two steps DOWN into the apartment when you open the door. This is the only impediment to wheel chairs. There is a fence gate when you enter the patio. Please close the gate to keep our Posey, our small, friendly dog from wandering away! Other things to note We do ask that you keep the gates closed as you come and go (we have a small, friendly dog named Posey who you might meet! As guests have stayed over the last 3 years, we have added amenities based on their suggestions. We have added: 1) A portable ice maker. It is always on and making ice cubes for your stay. About once every 45 minutes, it will dump a small batch of cubes in a bin. The first time you hear it, it can be startling! Feel free to turn it off when you go bed if think it will disturb you! 2) Brita Water filter. Filtered water is available from a Brita water filter in the refrigerator. 3) For children, there is a swing set in the back of the yard. There are 2 seats: a regular seat and an infant bucket seat. Feel free to use! 4) We've added a keyless door lock which will be coded to the last 4 digits of your cell phone number . As a backup, there is also a key in a lockbox outside with the code of 0957. You should not need it at all unless you forget your own phone number!
