This charming detached house is situated in the beautiful Gruia district of Cluj-Napoca. It is conveniently located, in a green and peaceful area of the city, yet at walking distance to the city centre. This characterful house benefits from a courtyard with garden and has the bonus of a splendid heated outdoor swimming pool, open May until September. The house exists of a main house, sleeping in total 10persons, and an apartment with separate entrance from the garden area which sleeps 2 persons. The space The main house: There is one double bedroom downstairs, with comfortable box spring beds. This bedroom also has an extensible double sofa. The downstairs bathroom is foreseen with a walk-in shower, toilet and basin. The living room is designed with plenty quality seating furniture and a big size smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, water kettle, dining table- as well as kitchenware. Also downstairs, you will find the game room with a football table, toys & books. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The biggest bedroom sleeps up to 5 persons. It exists of a comfortable double bed and bunk beds which sleeps 3 persons. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, WC and basin. From the apartment you have direct access to the garden.
