Near the house there is an indoor skating rink, a park of light figures. 15 minutes walk to the central market, North Station. 10 minutes and you are in the central market of the city. The space Guests can use a working fireplace, bicycles, scooter (June - September), coffee machine, coffee, tea, sugar, toaster, tap with filtered drinking water, dishwasher, washing machine (all necessary detergents), all necessary appliances for a comfortable stay, iron, ironing board, microwave, bed linen and accessories (towels), dishes, hairdryer, washing powder, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, disposable slippers, shower gel. We provide 2 umbrellas (cane). The second bedroom has 2 full single beds 1.90 long and 90 cm wide, the sofa does not fold out. Free parking (fenced area), free wi-fi, a wonderful cafe near the park, restaurants on the lake shore. Other things to note Not for parties! Smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden, a fine of 5000 rubles for violation. A children's amusement park with a Ferris wheel is a 2-minute walk away (in winter - an indoor skating rink), Poseidon spa is a 5-minute walk away (open pools, 9 swimming pools, sauna). Two meters from the house is the Upper Lake (windows overlook it), on the Upper Lake you can use catamaran rental services (in spring, summer). For those who like to walk to the central market of the city - a great opportunity to do it on foot in 15 minutes along the beautiful lake. There is a small grocery store 100 m from the house, which has everything you need.
