Guest access The apartment is not shared – it is entirely reserved for one group of guests per booking, ensuring comfort, privacy, and full independence. After your booking, you’ll receive a personalized guide link to help you make the most of your stay in Venice: it includes tips on restaurants, landmarks, gardens, as well as useful information about transportation, passes, parking, and the easiest way to reach the apartment — helping you move around the city comfortably and with confidence. Before your arrival, once guest details have been provided and the city tax has been paid, you’ll receive the codes for the electronic keypad, allowing for quick and independent access. After your first entry, we’ll also provide a physical key to make access even easier during your stay. Other things to note To ensure a smooth and safe check-in and comply with national regulations (art. 109 of the TULPS), all guests must complete our online registration form and pay the city tax before arrival. After booking confirmation, you will receive a message with the link to complete the registration. The Venice city tax is mandatory according to local laws: €4 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 nights. For children aged 10 to 16, the amount is reduced to €2. 💡 During the Access Contribution period, if you have already completed the registration link and paid the city tax, we will take care of sending you the voucher the day before your arrival, so you won’t have to fill out anything else, without additional costs. ♻️ I’d like to point out that on the ground floor of the building there’s a dedicated waste collection area, allowing you to easily dispose of your trash without dealing with Venice’s door-to-door collection system — which can be particularly inconvenient on Sundays, when no collection takes place.
