The Annexe at Avalon is recently-built and is an ideal private space for two to three people. It is attached to a bungalow with a garden and has off-road parking. Mylor Bridge is a popular village at the head of Mylor creek and is an ideal centre for touring the area. Please note that the property is in Mylor Bridge and not Mylor Churchtown as shown (map below). The space The Annexe is self-contained with its own front door. The space is open-plan and the hallway leads into a kitchen/living room with French windows opening onto steps to the garden. Outside there is a small sitting area for your use. A single bedroom leads off the hall. The shower room and toilet are also on the ground floor. Stairs lead up from the living room to a spacious double bedroom on the first floor.
