You will have a pleasant time in our friendly 150 m2 villa. This is a 1900 Landes house that we have completely renovated. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and a large lot. On the other hand, parties are forbidden. Our house is located in a wooded environment, with the proximity of the lake and ocean beaches 10 minutes away. Shops are accessible in 5 minutes. The space Our house consists of a kitchen open to a large living room of 60 m2, a master suite (160 cm bed and shower room), a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, 2 bedrooms with a single bed in each, a mezzanine with a sofa bed, a bathroom, a storage-laundry room. We wanted to preserve the old world charm with all modern comforts. Outside, you can enjoy 1800 m2 of wooded land. You can choose from our different terraces and garden furniture depending on the sun. We leave at your disposal our barbecue, plancha and children's toys.
