NOTE: In the rare event that someone rents the entire house, you may be moved to a nearby room of equal or higher value. The space The Nest room is one of three bedrooms on the first floor of the Fork Inn's Circle Lodge. It has in-room access full bathroom with a shower. Beds in two lofts offer additional space for other guests. Guest access You will receive the door punch code soon before you arrive onsite. All guests are MUST pay State (9.5%) and County (4%) taxes before check-in (Unfortunately, AirBNB does not collect state taxes for TN rentals). Big East Fork Retreat is located close by at 5375 Big East Fork Road and taxes may be paid there, BUT staff is not always available. To avoid delay in checking in, PLEASE pay the taxes electronically before you arrive. PaayPal works great! If you are having an EVENT (in which non-lodging guests use the property) you must send a message to receive details and pricing. Please receive documented permission and pay any related fees before you invite non-lodging guests on the premises. Trespassers will be treated as such. Guests may use hiking trails and lake at Big East Fork Retreat only after signing liability waver at the adjacent Retreat (Day pass required).
