Sleeping Options: 1) Queen size bed in bedroom (2 people) 2) Full-size pull-out bed from sofa bed with Optional Feather-Bed Topper (1 or 2 people) 3) Twin pull-out bed from the Ottoman (1 person) - very comfortable 4) Day Bed (1 person) - very comfortable 5) Trundle Bed - has the firmest mattress but a quality mattress. (1 person) 6) Cot with comfortable mattress Topper (1 person) 7) Air Mattress (1 person) 8) Air Mattress (1 person) Your kitchen is located outside of the living area. It's a full kitchen. The kitchen comes stocked with spices, oils, and condiments for your use. The kitchen provides a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, table and all its furnishings that are exclusively for you to use during your stay. The washer and dryer are located within your kitchen. Only the washer and dryer are shared. The only accessible way to access the washer and dryer is from your kitchen. Because my listing attracts people with different tastes, my listing contains various coffee makers from Keurig, drip brewer, expresso maker, and Taiwanese coffee maker as well as an Electric Tea Kettle. Just bring your preferred coffee when you arrive. The TV has a FireFox allowing you to use your Amazon Prime Account access to watch your favorite shows. This will be inventoried after every check out. The previous one mysteriously walk away with another guest. Your apartment comes with a good size living room space with a fire place and a beautiful lake front view. The living room comes with a Sofa-Bed (Full size bed) available for 2 extra guests, a Day Bed and Trundle Bed (2 comfortable Twin size mattress) to sleep two more guests. There is also a pull-out ottoman bed and a comfortable cot with mattress topper combination. Your separate bedroom with the Queen size bed (with separate box springs and mattress) is off the living room. The full size bathroom is located from the bedroom. Inside the free standing white closet next to the fire place are 2 twin air mattresses. I have had a number of guests who preferred a separate bed, so to accommodate my guests unique needs and the space 2 twin air mattresses are available. Extra linens are available in the free standing closets. If you use them, you will need to pump them up, deflate, fold and store them in their own bag after your use. They pump up and deflate within seconds. The carpet has been removed. A beautiful new floor was laid in the living room, short hall from the living room to the kitchen and in the kitchen. Inside the bedroom the Euro mattress was replaced with a firm mattress and box springs and an ultra plush pillow top to make you comfortable and give you a good night's sleep. The pillow-top is removable when needed for those people who require an Ultra Firm support. In the Florida room is a critical circuit box, that on an extreme rare occasion, I may need to access it. The Florida room is not heated or cooled. Guest access From the inside of your apartment, you'll look out and see a beautiful lakefront view. Like most, you'll begin to notice how stress starts to melt. You have your own private entrance. You will enter though the Florida room. Your bedroom has it's own private full-size bathroom so you don't have to come out of your room until you are ready. You'll sleep well on the very comfortable queen size mattress with fresh linens. Your guests or children can sleep on the green cot, daybed, trundle bed, sofa bed or air mattress. Extra linens are provided in the linen closet that located next to the couch. Your apartment comes with a full size, furnished kitchen. It comes with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, and all the other furnishings. Your apartment comes with a desk and chair. The apartment comes with 2 closets. The white closet is in the living area and one cedar closet within the bedroom. Coffee and tea are also available. One parking space is provided. If you need additional parking, let me know and we can probably work something out. Be sure to bring your fishing pole. Fishing is excellent whether it's off the dock or in the boat. Feel free to take the boat for a spin if you like take it for a ride. You can even swim in the water if you choose, so bring your suite. And if there is something that you need or want, let me know. Other things to note If you or someone traveling with you has allergies or is allergic to cats, at this time, I would recommend that you select another property. My past tenant had a lovely cat. Although my place has been throughly cleaned, it's possible that I may not have removed all pet hairs or dandruff until I replace the flooring or the wall covering. When I make those changes I will have the place listed as "Business Ready". Please check back at place to have a stay at a future day, if you or someone you travel with has allergies.
