Our mini hotel " Sandra " is located in the village of Lazarevskoe , a picturesque corner of the Black Sea coast . One of the best panoramic views opens to our guests . Two minutes away from the hotel is a home dining room with full reasonable prices . The space The hotel has two two-bedroom rooms ( sleeps 4 people ) with its own bathroom , hallway and balcony of 12 sq.m. On the balconies there is a table and four chairs . Chic panoramic view. Two rooms without a balcony (capacity for 3 people) with their own bathroom and hallway. The room has air conditioning , each room has a wardrobe/wardrobe , heating , wooden floor/parquet , flat-screen TV, satellite channels , fridge , electric kettle ,kitchen utensils,linen , towels , hairdryer , toiletries. In a double room there are two beds (one queen bed 180x200 and one double bed 160x200 . One room has two beds ( one double and one single) There are no extra beds in the room. Free parking . Guest access Guests stay in the room , there is a private swimming pool on the territory, which works in season . The lounge area is located near pool. Other things to note Rates and prices are dependent upon the season and seasonal season. RESERVATION OF ROOMS. Booking the cost of the first night , upon check-in, the remaining amount is paid. The reservation fee is fully refundable if you let us know 30 days prior to your stay . You won't be refunded later this time. This reservation policy applies to May through September. The rest of the reservation is the cost of the first night , the booking fee is fully refundable IF you were notified 14 days before check-in. You won't be refunded later this time.
