Welcome to our nice, cozy, fully furnished apartment in the heart of Großheppach. The apartment is located below the “Edelweiß” loft. The adjoining shared terrace is inviting for relaxing, even in bad weather. Vineyards,well-kept gastronomy and smaller shopping facilities are easily accessible on foot. Our house is located at the base of the vineyards and is a lively guest house with 3 apartments. The space The cozy holiday apartment is located in the annex, has a separate entrance, and offers direct access to the terrace. It has a cozy living and dining area with a TV, where you can spend hours relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with a convection oven, ceramic cooktop, and a washing machine, making it convenient for cooking. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds. In addition, there are two sofa beds available, which can accommodate a total of four people. For families with small children, a travel crib can be provided. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV provide entertainment and a connection to the outside world. Pets are allowed in the vacation rental, so your furry friend is welcome. One parking space at the house is available free of charge, but it may be occupied – please inquire in advance. Alternatively, there is free parking in the quiet residential area above the house. Of course, towels and linens are provided so that you can feel right at home. Other things to note LOCATION: The pretty apartment is located at the the foot of the vineyards. From here, excellent walks around to Weinstadt to the altitudes with magnificent views of the Rems Valley Remstal. The central location offers short walks to the town with shopping. In addition, you have direct connection to the traffic and tariff association throughout the Stuttgart metropolitan area (VVS) Motorists park right by the house and can quickly reach the expressway connections of the B29 and the B14. These offer excellent connections to the greater Stuttgart area and to the nearby and distant excursion destinations.
