Set in the middle of a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, on the outskirts of Saltash, Little Trenoweth is a great place to enjoy the peace of the Cornish Countryside. You will be staying in a self contained detached building set next to our own home. Little Trenoweth has a bedroom with double bed, kitchen with all the main amenities and a shower room with toilet and wash basin The space With your own front door and safe and secure off road parking you are free to come and go as you please. We have an acre of garden which you are free to use, have a barbecue or just relax and watch the sunset. We have no neighbours and live on a private road so you are guaranteed a completely silent nights sleep.. You can enjoy far reaching countryside views from your bed through the full length glass door which leads to the decking area. Little Trenoweth has a bedroom with a double bed, dressing table and side drawers, free WiFi, large Smart TV, electric and central heating. We now also have a SMALL DINING TABLE WITH TWO STOOLS for inside eating if the weather is not so good. It also has a shower room, with toilet and wash basin. The kitchen has a microwave, 3 hot plates, fridge,kettle,toaster,washing machine, all essential crockery, saucepans etc. We also offer tea, coffee, Cornish coffee ,sugar, cooking oil , shower gel ,liquid soap and other kitchen cleaning products. We also offer a Bbq and a fire pit and push bike hire. #Please note in the winter the out door sofas are replaced by a wooden bench. Guest access The whole garden, and two decking areas, garden games , bbq, fire pit and two bikes for hire.
