Its a wheelchair friendly property for old. A mini washing machine is there for limited garments. Please keep in mind that it is located in the outskirts of the city away from the hustle and bustle. Its advisiable to use rental cars .Online portal of rental cars Jaipur is available . Uber and Ola services are also available here. Guest access Whole flat. Guests can use the common terrace garden on 10th floor. We too have Gym in the building which you can use by giving hourly charges. Other things to note GUIDELINES FOR USING THE PROPERTY: 1. Save water & electricity for a greater cause. make sure to switch off lights, A.Cs and geysers etc. before leaving the property. 2. Always use the mashed doors when you open windows and doors, otherwise mosquitoes will come inside. 3. Keep your shoes in the closet near the door. 4. Keep your valuable safe. it is not our responsibility if stolen. 5. Any damage to the property in your staytime will be deducted and charged accordingly. 6. Handover the keys to the related authority only. 7. Checkout time is flexible till 3 pm. 8. Always clean the utensils, gastop and sink after use.. please don't leave it dirty. 9. Garbage should be kept outside the rooms every morning so that the cleaner will pick it up from there. Never leave garbage in the bin before leaving. 10. KEEP YOUR SPACE CLEAN 11.. NO SMOKING.(smoking is allowed outside only.) 12. Illegal activities and drugs etc.is not allowed in my flat.Very strict on this point. 13. I will not be able to cater chinese, pakistanis as it is very cumbersome to give so much of details to Indian government.Don't have time for such a long process. 14. Guests with infants and kids , please use diapers all the time. 15. Please don't come up with a mind set of a hotel ....it's your home away from home. 16. As the flat is on the sixth floor pets are not allowed. 17. Foreingers will have to provide all the informations regarding Form 'C' as it is a rule from Indian Government. The information should be given at the time of check in. 18. Guests during your stay are not allowed . If you ask for them you have to pay extra charges per night 500 rs. Not allowed on hourly basis . 19. Partiying is not allowed as families resides in the society who can object. 20. Electric meter reading will be send at the time of check -in. If it is overused then will be charged accordingliy.
