Willow@Old Jocks Ensuite bedroom with own entrance

We have 2 listings at the rear of our cottage (Willow & Holly) each having their own entrance & en-suite shower room. There's a Freesat TV, mini fridge,kettle,toaster,crockery & cutlery. We provide coffee, tea, sugar & milk pots & a porridge pot & cereal bar. We are walking distance to Tarbet pier,Kirk O The Lochs,Tarbet hotel & bus stop & train station. I like to give guests privacy & it’s self check in. PLEASE NOTE This is a small bedroom & small ensuite with NO cooking facilities or lounge. The space A small private double bedroom with an ensuite shower room at the rear of our detached cottage. You have your own entrance and it's self check in by keysafe on arrival. There is a Freesat TV, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. We provide crockery & cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar & milk pots, a couple of breakfast items which normally consists of a porridge pot & cereal bar. There is parking for 1 car per guest room on our drive at the front of the cottage. You have use of the shared back garden, which has a stream that runs alongside the cottage and a picnic table. PLEASE NOTE This is a small bedroom and small ensuite with NO cooking facilities or lounge area. Short term let licence AR00383F Guest access Guests have access to their own en-suite bedroom which has its own entrance and shared use of the back garden. There is a picnic table in the rear garden that you can use (depending on our lovely Scottish weather). There is parking for 1 vehicle per guest room on our drive at the front of the cottage. Sorry the front garden & the gazebo are private. Other things to note Old Jocks cottage is in a small hamlet so please be courteous to our neighbours and other guests by keeping noise to a minimum. There aren't many facilities in our small village. There is Tarbet hotel & Kirk O The Lochs restaurant. Arrochar a couple of miles away has more evening meal choices and a small shop. We allow 2 adult guests per room. Due to our licence and courtesy of our other guests please don't bring friends or family to our property. Sorry but we are not suitable for children under 12. It is a tight turn into our drive so please take it slowly. Check out is at 10am. We have other jobs so appreciate prompt check out as we organise our other work around changeover. We have a luggage chest opposite the oil tank if you would like to leave your luggage if your train or bus is later in the day on a first come first served basis. Guests bringing a dog- We would appreciate that you keep your dog on a lead while outside the room. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and are not to be left unattended. We charge a pet fee per stay. Kirk O The Loch a 5 min walk away is dog friendly also Village Inn in Arrochar a 5 min drive. Tarbet hotel allows dogs on the bar area. Smoking is not permitted in the room, please use the cigarette butt bin on the picnic table or just outside the room. You have use of the shared back garden with picnic or bistro table but the front garden is just for our private use only (sorry)
