Cozy, large room in a stylish house.

My house is in the middle of the new, modern Brandevoort neighborhood. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher, Hema and Kruidvat. Also, the bicycle repair shop is around the corner. The station is a 3-minute walk away. The train takes you to Eindhoven in about 10 minutes and to's Hertogenbosch in about 25 minutes. The guest room is on the top floor; three flights of stairs up. The room has its own bathroom with toilet, microwave/oven, and fridge. There is coffee and tea in the room. The space Hello, unfortunately I have to charge tourist tax. The municipality of Helmond (unfortunately) charges €4.50 per person per night. Guest access Guests have their own accommodation on the top floor. During your stay I am a people person. Guests are allowed to be themselves; and if people like it, there is usually room for a chat with a cup of coffee/tea. Other things to note Unfortunately, I have to charge tourist tax.
