Set in the magnificent Durmitor National Park and only 2 hours from Podgorica Airport, this penthouse is ideal for summer or winter relaxation. Surrounded by mountain peaks, glacial lakes and meadows, it features a large covered balcony to take in elevated, stunning alpine views, throughout the year. After 5 years of successfully letting the ground floor apartment we are delighted to now make our penthouse apartment available to Airbnb. The space With Zabljak Town only a 15 mins stroll, and the famous Black Lake even closer, this south facing residence is exceptionally well positioned. The unusually large 4th floor roof apartment (77 m2) with bright airy and spacious rooms features oak floors and doors. Part of a new development of 4 apartments with individual basement ski rooms it has ample parking. The kitchen - diner and sitting room features a discreet alcove with a sofa bed. Double doors open to the large covered balcony with stunning views. Fully fitted, the kitchen with rustic slate tiles, including an electric oven gas electric hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. It has a large dining table with 4 dining chairs. 2 comfortable armchairs, a seperate 2 seater sofa coffee table and TV/DVD player area in the sitting area as is an efficient quaint wood burning stove. Supplementary heating is provided by wall mounted convection heaters. The bedroom has 2 single beds, built in wardrobes and draws, bedside tables and a dressing table with mirror. Consisting of a shower, WC, basin, mirror and electric towel rail, the shower room has abundant hot water from a large boiler. This penthouse is an excellent base on the edge of the magnificent Durmitor National Park throughout the year. Guest access The building is in an isolated location with the ground floor apartment also being available for renting and the neighbouring property being over 100 meters away. Other things to note Tourist Tax. This is not included in the price. The nightly rates subject to change are: Over 18 years old - 80 cents. 12-18 years old-40 cents Under 12 years old - 0 cents. Please register your visit and pay tourist tax at the Tourist Chalet in the Main Square in Zabljak Please note that Zabljak is in a mountainous region (1500m asl). Care should be taken when driving on the roads and tracks particularly during the extended winter period. Mapping and GPS in general is not good in Montenegro. Please carefully follow the picture directions to the apartment provided when reservation is confirmed.
