The space Living and dining area with BO TV, , bedroom with TV and opening to the garden where you can enjoy a unique view, at the bedroom is also a small private terrace with table and 2 chairs and 2 sunbeds. Next to the bedroom a beautiful bathroom with large Italian shower and toilet, towels, bathrobes with slippers and towels for the pool! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets to enjoy! A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a Nespresso machine with capsules and a coffee machine with filter holder and coffee beans! A tea machine and a kettle! A juicer and much more! From the kitchen and the dining room you have access to a large covered terrace with various seating areas, a sunbed heated with heather! A library ! A fitness room with an infrared sauna from Physio Therm with two reclining seats! Baby cot, playpen, high chair, baby changing unit, play mat are available on request (rental fee 50 Euro for everything). To be paid on arrival! Owner lives upstairs, so is always available! Guest access Heated pool from April to mid-October (April and October weather permitting, outside temperature must be at least 20 degrees).
