Cosy duplex house situated on farmland in one of Australia’s most historic and highly regarded wine regions, Great Western. The property is situated on a hill, overlooking the Black Range Mountain with sheep and chickens grazing the paddocks. Only a short 30 minute drive to the Grampians National Park. The space At our farmhouse our guests will be able to take a break from the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy nature in peace. The property has two bedrooms, a bathroom and cosy living quarters with a fully equipped kitchen. An outdoor seating area is also available for guests to enjoy a meal or a drink amongst the gum trees or under the stars. At night time, the view of the Milky Way is breathtaking and a definite must see on a clear night! Guest access Guests have full access to their side of the duplex, including kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and living area, as well as an outdoor seating area to enjoy a meal or a drink or two in nature. Other things to note 2 dogs, 5 cats and chickens/ducks live and wander around the house block of land.
