Entire private guest room (former, completely renovated and modernized garage) with its own entrance and private bathroom. Parking space in front of the door. A lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood, on the edge of a woodland and yet close to the vibrant city of Eindhoven; only a 15 minute drive (with your own transport or taxi) from Eindhoven Airport! There is coffee and tea facilities, WiFi and a flat-screen TV, with Netflix, among other things. Completely smoke-free Airbnb. Please read the full description. The space Modern and compact guest suite with a nice bathroom with a walk-in shower. Ideal for a short stay for one or two people. The room is located at the front of our home (linked) and has its own entrance. Free parking is available on private property. For guests on bikes, it is possible to safely leave the bikes at the front, next to the room. Points of attention: - There is no kitchen or cooking option. Cooking outside is also not possible. Eating out, picking up food or having it delivered is possible. In the room, there are crockery and cutlery. - The room is for two people. Not suitable for babies and small children. - The guest room is connected to our house, and it is in a residential area. Please be considerate of the neighbors. - We are a family with two small children, and you might hear us. - Our Airbnb is completely smoke-free, both indoors and outdoors.
