House by the sea

My house is located at Playa de Bellreguard (just 45 min from Valencia). It is located only 40 meters from the sea and as the weather is very pleasant you can walk long walks along the beach and swim at any time of the year. We are close to cities such as Gandía, Denia, Calpe, Alicante or Valencia. The house is fully equipped with all amenities (washing machine, microwave, fireplace ...), and has an outdoor terrace.
