Sectional seating in front of a big screen TV can be used as an overflow bed for a 3rd guest. Full pool table in main room. Kitchenette has microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, full size fridge, electric skillet for simple cooking. No stove or oven available. Full washer and dryer in bathroom area. Portacrib and twin air mattress available. You can have the whole walk out basement apartment to yourself. Total privacy. The grounds are yours to walk about and catch some sunshine. If you bring a fishing rod you have a good shot at catching bass and bream. Bass get thrown back and bream you can keep:) I'll be upstairs and available to answer any questions about the area. We've been in Greenwood for over 30 years and are happy to help with directions and recommendations. We will also respect your privacy. Our place is very conveniently located just 5 miles from downtown Greenwood and Self Regional Hospital. You can bike to local grocery stores, shopping areas, movie theater, etc. For joggers/runners: excellent non busy routes right out our door. 2-10 mile loops. We can give you directions for your gps. Parking is off the street on our private way. We have a spot dedicated to our guests which is marked with a sign. Breakfast will be continental self serve, I'll stock the fridge with some breakfast items and soft drinks. Coffee and tea and some cereal choices. Microwave, coffee pot and toaster oven available.
