Guest access BAYAWAN PENSION HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS •BPH states the rules of conduct, responsibilities and provisions of the services during the time of one’s presence on the BPH premises. •GUEST AND CUSTOMER are obliged to abide by the following rules and regulations. 1. The ROOM is rented for days. 2. CHECK -IN TIME begin at 2PM and CHECK OUT TIME ends at 12NN. 3. The KEY CARD should left on the FRONT DESK area if the guest wants to leave the room, and don't forget to SWITCH Off the lights and the appliances on the room to your security purposes only. 4. If the GUEST OR THE CUSTUMERS does not determine the length of the stay, PLEASE inform the FRONT DESK assign for the extension, not later than 11AM on the day when the time of initial stays terminates. 5. VISITORS can stay on the BPH premises between the time of check-in, staying on the room is prohibited. 6. The BPH offers the services according to its category and standards. 7. In case their is damage on the ROOM in time of CHECK-IN, PLEASE report them as soon as possible to the FRONT DESK. 8. Any RESERVATION should be reported to the assigned receptionist. 9. The night silence ought to be followed from 10PM till 7AM. 10. The behavior of the guest or other people who benefits from the service should not disturb peaceful and comfortable stay of others. 11. SMOKING is not allowed on the room premisesroom premises the management is entitled to charge P500.00, this is only for the safety of everyone. 12. If one breaches or caught smoking in the room premises the management is entitled to charge P500.00,this is only for the safety of everyone 13. The BPH does not allow the presence of animals. 14. Children under 12 years old should not be left on the BPH premises without adults supervision. 15. Any material loss or damages on the room caused by the guest or the customer will be automatically charged upon check-in time. 16. Every time the guest or customer leaves the room they ought to standby first on the lobby area, to check first if their is any loss or damage on the room. 17. In case there is loss or damage they should have to present a valid ID and a amount of P 1,000.00. These Rules and Regulations are only a friendly reminder for the benefits of everyone and to avoid any conflicts and to have a better relationship.
