Historic loft in Pioneer Square

Located in the heart of historic Pioneer Square, where local coffee shops and award-winning restaurants literally sit below you. Walking distance from Pike Place Market and downtown. No pets, parties or smoking. Also, walking up and down the the fire escape is prohibited Guest access Going up an down the fire escape is prohibited. PARKING: There are several closed and open garages within 1-3 blocks of the apartment. I would recommend the open lot behind the building as the closest option. Stay clear of the triangular parking garage on Yesler!!! Even though it is a nearby option, it has frequent break-ins!! Other things to note I do have to mention that there is usually a wake-up call made by the city of Seattle in the form of a recycling truck moving through the alley behind the building -- early in the morning.
