The space Upon entering the Villa, you will find the first home where up to ten people sleep in 4 double rooms: two rooms with double beds and two double rooms with single beds. Two extra people can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room. The first home is completed with its own fully equipped kitchen independent of the living room with all the comforts and extras. This home finishes its configuration with two bathrooms, the first on this same level and the second at the level of the outdoor pool. The two bathrooms are fully designed to offer maximum comfort, including fresh towels, hair dryer, gel, and floor-level shower. With its own private entrance, the second home of the villa has capacity for 4 people distributed in two double rooms: 1 double room with a double bed and a double room with two single beds, in this home we find the meeting room equipped with a large table with capacity for 20 people and a separate kitchen. The second home is established on two levels. Upstairs, the master double bedroom has its own private balcony to enjoy the pool views. This is a perfect spot to soak up the morning sun or enjoy some sunset cocktails. Also on the same level there is another interior room equipped with two beds and a separate toilet.On the ground floor there is the large dinning room, the kitchen and a full bathroom. The third house has capacity for 10 more people, it is located above the second house in the attic. The penthouse is configured with 4 double bedrooms, to finish the penthouse is equipped with its own bathroom with bathtub, separate kitchen and a terrace-solarium. The 3 living areas together with the outdoor area and the pool offer more than 400m2 of leisure and relaxation. Both the pool and the barbecue area are closed for greater peace of mind if you travel with children or elderly people. It is not allowed to rent the Villa to groups of young people under 28 years of age. It is necessary to rent a car to access the Villa. Guest access Common areas The exterior split in two levels is particularly impressive, surrounded by nature and spectacular mountain views. The pool level is surrounded by a spacious paved terrace, complete with loungers and a slide. Upstairs, the barbecue area is located on the ground floor of the first house. With a covered outdoor dining table, this is a great place to enjoy a late lunch with your family or friends until the sun goes down. Bed linen and towels are included. WIFI available throughout the villa. Free parking available on the street. The residence is registered in the Official Tourism Registry with the number: HUTCC-041632 & HUTB-052346. FEES We offer early check-in and late check-out service whenever the calendar allows and upon request for an extra cost of €75. *Early check-in will be at 10 AM and late check-out will be at 6 PM. On the day of arrival, the tourist tax will be collected in cash in euros = €1.20 per adult per night. Children under 16 years of age are excluded from this rate. Pets are allowed for an extra charge of €20 per pet per stay. We offer a linen and towel change service for an extra cost of 210 €. We offer catering service by reservation. Price of BBQ Menu - 27 € per person. All services are upon reservation and will be paid on arrival in euros in cash. Other things to note • It is not allowed to rent the Villa to groups of young people under 28 years of age. . Parties with loud music are forbidden. . Nor playing music is permitted after 23:00 otherwise it would result in a fine, to be paid by the guest(s). • Check in after 22:00 incurs an additional cost of €30 per extra hour. • Check-out after 10:00 incurs an additional cost of €30 per extra hour. Always ask in advance if it is possible. Guests are renting the entire Villa with the 3 houses with the private pool. Free parking is available on the street.
