In these typical villages are at your disposal restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. This charming Country Villa is surrounded by a spacious garden in midst of beautiful landscapes. There is a private swimming pool (15 x 7m, depth 1,20m-3m) with sun beds and umbrellas, outdoor shower, ping pong, children’s play ground with bicycles, toys, a children swings, little soccer ground, a pergola for outside eating adjacent to the pool as well as a huge garden with garden furniture and a hammock where you can relax under the shadow of a tree. Other things to note The rooms are huge and bright, offering antique furniture, original terracotta pavements and a ceiling fan, the huge living area on the ground level offers plenty of sofa seating, Flat screen Sky-TV and a camin. At the ground floor enjoy the bright huge living room with access to the garden as well as a fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining room with 2 big tables and seats, a big refrigerator, a dishwasher and a camin with a grill (firewood is at your disposal in the garden). The Villa offers 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. The house can host up to sleeps 12/14. After reservation please advise how many beds you need in total. You can close your door and you have 100% privacy as if you are in a separate apartment in the house. 1 bedroom with two single beds and a double sofa bed ideal for children, a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and a huge closet to the wall. Second floor: 1 double bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, stairs leading to the mezzanine with 3 single beds, a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet. In this room upstairs you have 100% privacy. Ground floor: 1 double bedroom with a double bed, a single sofa bed, door window to the patio and the garden, a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet. 1 little bedroom with a double bed French size (1,40m), a bathroom with bathtub, WC, bidet, washing machine. Our property guarantees you 100% privacy. Our house is the perfect place for families with children, 5 couples or a group of friends, children can move and play free in the property and shall have a lot of fun. We accept pets (maximum 2).
