Location: Your Apartment, 12D Cotham Road, Bristol, BS6 6DR Sleeps: Up to 6 guests The space Bedrooms: - 1 x Twin Bedroom (Super King available on request) - 1 x King Bedroom Bathroom: - 3 x Bathrooms ( 2 x with Shower & 1 x with Bath) Living Space: - Open Plan Kitchen, Living & Dining Area (with Double Sofa Bed, Dining Table, x6 Chairs & 50" Smart TV) - Fully Equipped Kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine/dryer as well as a Nespresso Machine with Pods) - Private Courtyard Garden Guest access Access to the Apartments: Guests have full private access to the apartment & private garden for the duration of their stay. All communal areas (if applicable) such as corridors, entryways, and lifts are shared with other residents in the building. Important Notes: The building entrance and apartment door are both operated using physical keys which can be found in a lockbox at the property. (Code and instructions sent before arrival). For security reasons, only registered guests are permitted to enter the apartment or building.
