Rent our approx. 50 m² basement apartment with separate entrance, shared garden & 2 lockable rooms. The entrance room is equipped with a double bed, chest of drawers, 1 armchair & TV. The hallway leads to the lockable kitchen-living room with fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction range, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Senseo, sofa bed for 2 people, table with 4 chairs. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub. The apartment is in a 2-family house with 3 cats. The space Lovingly designed apartment in the immediate vicinity of Dorothea Viehmann Park. The park invites you to take a walk. Guest access The garden can be shared in the warm months... invites you to chill, hang out, barbecue, ... Other things to note Bedding and towels are included. In the kitchen, everything is available for cooking on appliances and dishes...if something is missing, we can react quite spontaneously...we live in the same house.
