New, modern apartment for 2-6 people with magnificent mountain and valley views from almost all windows! The Hochoetz ski region is 10 minutes (free ski bus) and a toboggan run is 100 meters from the house. Highlights include the feel-good bedrooms with panoramic views, the 2 bathrooms (one with washing machine), the new kitchen, underfloor heating, the spacious garden area with terrace and the location on the upper edge of the village (without through traffic), which allows hikes/bike tours from the house. The space Spacious entrance area in the basement from which a small hallway leads to the lower bedroom and bathroom as well as the stairs leading upstairs. There is the kitchen with dining area (with tasteful tree edge furniture) as well as the living area with pull-out sofa bed and the exit to the terrace/garden. You will also find the second bedroom and another bathroom upstairs. A high chair and travel bed can be provided upon request. Two parking spaces are right in front of the apartment entrance. A lockable shelter for skis, bicycles, strollers, etc. is also available. Other things to note Tourist tax is €4 per person per day for all persons aged 16 and over. The tourist tax must be paid to us in cash on site. Pets on request. In any case, a flat rate of 7.50 per night and animal is to be paid in cash on site.
