The space ~ Out of all the homestays in Batanes, this one boasts to be the most unique. Hidden on Contra Costa Road, a pair of cogon-roofed and smooth pebbled cottages emerge out of a lush garden. You'll immediately feel a sense of tranquility once you step foot at RL Puriran's Homestay. ~ Each stone house welcomes you to a spacious and high-ceiling room. Turn on the air conditioner if the summer heat gets to you, but let me tell you, you won't be needing it during winter. For this listing, Vakul accommodates 2pax* with its (2) DOUBLE-sized beds. Your very own private bathroom comes with a hot & cold shower. ~ Once booked, you will have the assigned cottage to yourselves so that means absolutely no SHARING with other guests. Please take note that the common areas like the garden and dining areas will be shared with other guests. It's the perfect place to make friends with others. ~ There is a common area where you can enjoy your meals, enjoy a cup of coffee or intermingle with other guests. Otherwise, you can enjoy your privacy just outside of your room. *If you're traveling with a group of 4pax, you can check out the other Vakul listing Guest access ~ The modernized stone house is located in the backyard. Guests are free to roam around the grounds and have their meals at the common dining area. ~ Once you enter the gate, you'll pass by the house of the owners. Don't worry, they live in separate quarters but still within the property so do introduce yourself and say hello when you cross paths! :) During your stay The owners, Ate Jona or Kuya Danny, will be there to welcome you as their guests. Other things to note PLEASE READ: ~ FREE airport transfers if you book with us as your tour operator. Please ask us for tour packages. ~ COMPLIMENTARY daily breakfast ~ Room is subject to availability. If it's not available, we'll recommend you to the other cottage Kalapay. ~ Additional P500/pax for the 3rd pax. Maximum capacity is 3pax only. ~ CHECK-IN: 10:00AM CHECK OUT: 7:00AM Please respect the check-in and check-out times of the homestay. The bedroom and restroom need to be cleaned for incoming guests as well. If your flight is around lunchtime, you may stay in the waiting area. ~ Cooking is NOT allowed in our kitchen ~ Tours are available upon request but are charged separately from the accommodation. Please inquire ahead of reservation dates so we can schedule a tour for you. ~ Please respect the check-in and check-out times of the homestay. The bedroom and restroom need to be cleaned for incoming guests as well. Just in case if the assigned room is still being cleaned, you can utilize the common areas of our homestay or you may leave your luggage first and explore the town on foot. ~ Cellphone signal is intermittent at times. Smart's LTE is up and working. However, it may be a tad difficult for Globe users though :( ~ For those dependent on internet usage, I would recommend bringing a Smart pocket Wi-Fi but please don't expect the connection to be stable compared to the mainland. ~ Even in events of force majeure like flight cancellations, etc., payment is absolutely NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
