Solitude on the Culdesac

You will be close enough for a day of shopping, or biking along the gorgeous Centennial Trail along the Spokane river. Close to entertainment but far enough away to quickly find serenity and listen to the calm of birds, there's something for everyone at our home on Spokane's South Hill. This home features all new appliances, beautiful granite counter tops, a spacious fenced-in yard, and just a block away from the Southside Family Aquatics Facility. The space This house is perfect for your vacation get-away in beautiful Spokane! This house has a natural wetland in the back that is home to many birds, frogs and ducks. Sit out on the deck and take in the serenity of it all. It comes with 2 bathrooms & emptied refrigerator for your use. It includes high-speed wireless internet. This house also has a fully-fenced backyard with patio table and chairs. This home is and has been completely animal free and well cleaned from ownership. This house is situated in a quiet South Hill neighborhood in a culdesac less than one mile from shopping, your favorite cup of coffee and many restaurants/pubs. The Master Bedroom includes King sized bed, small television, master bathroom and small seating area to relax or read a book. Bedroom 2 includes a Queen size bed. Bedroom 3 includes 2 Twin beds. The Living/Family Room has a 65” television with cable TV, large couch, love seat, recliner and side chair. Policies – House Rules No pets No smoking, parties, or events Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check out by 12PM (noon) Please remove shoes You’re living like a local, be respectful of the other locals. We mean, c’mon, how would you feel if your neighbor wasn’t super awesome? Our rental is a smoke-free environment. Even on the deck, if you have one. That means the whole property. We’re super sorry if this is a bummer, but it’s our policy. Hopefully we told you about it ahead of time and you aren’t super surprised that we still mean it. Pets are super awesome, but they aren’t allowed in our rental. However, if your fur kiddo is a service animal or an emotional support animal, give us a call and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs, as required by law. The gas fireplace is for your enjoyment, please only adjust by using the switch on the wall. If you turn the gas off you may ruin the fun for the following guests. Your friend, your responsibility. Pretty simple, if you invite them to our Rental, you’re responsible for their actions. We’re here to help! If you need something, send us a chat, or just give us a call. Take only memories, and leave house belongings behind, because it is a total pain to have to replace them. We love gifts, but the greatest gift is making sure you don’t leave anything behind. We suggest taking one last look around before you head home as fees are associated with sending you your belongings. Trust us, the extra five minutes is worth it! Ugh, here’s the hard one. Should you break anything, really mess something up, or decide to stay longer than your agreed upon length of stay, we have the right to charge you additional fees, but we’d really rather not (and, we’re sure you’d rather not too!) Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a Reservation, and the Guest who made the Reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If the Guest who made the Reservation isn’t present during the stay, occupants may be removed from our Rental, and the Reservation may be canceled without refund. This house is perfect for a large or multi-family rental. With 3 bedrooms, large living space as well as a large kitchen and dining room, it will be perfect for your vacation get-away or extended stay. When you are ready to head back to your home, please empty the garbage and place in the garbage bin outside. Place all used towels and linens in the laundry room. We will take care of the rest. Guest access Guests have access to the full house and a two car garage. We reserve the single car garage for storage and supplies.
