During your stay, you have exclusive access to the Aqua Park behind the villa! Unique in the villa rental market, it is the ideal combination of renting your private design villa while enjoying the commodities of a holiday resort. Kids will enjoy themselves in the waterpark which includes various slides and pools. (* the waterpark is scheduled to be open between 10/05/25 - 21/09/25 subject to the hotel's opening dates) You enter the villa via an automatic gate, behind which there’s an ample car park for various cars. On ground floor you’ll find the bright living room with large sofa and dining table. TV with Netflix account included. Bathroom with shower. Fully equipped open kitchen. From here you have direct access to the terrace and pool area. Separate washing room with washing machine and dryer. Covered terrace with large exterior dining table for 10. Garden with private pool of 3mx8m, children’s playground, pergola, and 10 sun loungers. Stone BBQ. Its beautiful exterior area make this an ideal holiday home for families with children, who will no doubt have fun playing here! On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms: - master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower) - double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower) - bedroom with 3 single beds - bedroom with 3 single beds - third bathroom (shower) All rooms have electric shutters and air conditioning. Wifi throughout the whole villa, including the garden. The villa is located one block from the beach (200m), where you can enjoy various water activities, beach bars, restaurants, the boulevard,… A small supermarket is located at only 50m from the house, ideal to get your daily groceries and fresh bread. Pineda de Mar’s train station is located 1km from the villa. Barcelona is a 45min drive, and Girona a 40min drive.The beautiful Costa Brava is only a 15min drive. * Unfortunately pets are not accepted, nor do we accept groups of youngsters in this villa.
