Other things to note Please no pets, arrival time 5pm to 10pm, unless a mutual agreement has been agreed on. If a house key is required a fee of $20 is payable, fully refundable upon return of key. Please strictly no smoking allowed in side the house or room. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charge in case you do smoke inside the house or room. I am willing to offer air traveling guest an airport pickup or drop off service, at a fee of $20.00, each way. Needs to be booked at time of accommodation booking with the host, Living room is not shared with guests, hosts private room. Guest can book a light breakfast, at the time a booking in placed and confirmed. Breakfast comes at a fee of $15.00, needs to be prearranged paid, through the Airbnb send money portal.
