🌿 Archipelago gem close to sea, forest & beaches Cozy cottage with high ceilings, wooden floors and sunny veranda – perfect for relaxing and barbecue evenings! Here you can start the day with coffee in the morning sun on the generous porch in a sunny location and end the evening with a barbecue dinner on the stone patio. The outdoor environment is created for long, beautiful summer days – whether you want to relax in a sun lounger, read a book in the shade or gather friends and family for a nice dinner under the open sky. The space Welcome to a charming and cozy archipelago cottage! The cottage has a lovely space with open to the ridge, visible ceiling beams and beautiful wooden floors that create a warm and inviting feeling. Located in a quiet and safe residential area, you are close to both the sea and nature – perfect for those who are looking for relaxation and comfortable days in the archipelago environment. Only 500 meters away awaits both the sea and forest, with nice walking paths right around the corner. During the summer months of June to August you can enjoy sun and swimming at the shallow beach of Stenö, which you can easily reach on foot. There is also the possibility to rent a boat or kayak – perfect for an excursion in the beautiful archipelago and maybe find your own small beach to spend the day on. For the active there are newly landscaped padel courts in the area. The cottage has a generous porch in the best sun location – here you can enjoy the sun from morning till night. Next to there is a stone set barbecue area with outdoor furniture, perfect for lovely summer evenings with good food and nice company. The property offers: • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge available, freezer available in separate summer room) • Toilet with shower • A spacious double bedroom • One smaller bedroom with two 90 beds • Newly built living room with comfortable Sweef sofa and big screen TV (Please note wifi is missing. TV channels are missing, but you can easily connect via mobile and stream e.g. Netflix and Viaplay) Please note: Bedlinen and towels are not included, as we do not live at the cabin permanently. The key is easily retrieved from a key cabinet, so you can check in when it suits you best. We live a bit away and therefore do not meet on site, but if anything is needed, my parents are usually nearby and can help. Private yard with cottage, lawn, porch and guest room. Parking in the yard. Other things to note Please note that there is no WiFi in the cottage. However, it is possible to connect the TV via mobile phone. Also, keep in mind that sheets and towels are not included, so feel free to bring your own. We kindly ask you to remember that cleaning is important so that the next guest also has a nice experience. Follow the cleaning instructions in the cottage – thank you very much for your help! It is important not to grill on the terrace which is made of wood due to fire risk. Grilling takes place on the stone-paved surface below the balcony.
