Lots of parking space for your car and boat and a large flat lawn for camping or lawn cricket surrounded by native bush. The space Comfortable 2 bedroom house, with open plan lounge and dining. 2 covered decks for outdoor living- the large front deck overlooking the sea and a back deck going to the lawn. The kitchen has a gas stove, electric fridge freezer, and cooking utensils. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, and 2 king singles. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with both rooms having access to the back deck. There is also a sofa in the lounge that folds out to a double bed. Bed linen and towels are supplied. The bathroom is located off the covered back deck and can be accessed from both bedrooms. It has a flush toilet and a hot shower. Great Barrier is off the grid, the house is solar-powered. No wifi or TV but there are lots of games, books, and jigsaws. Easy flat and safe backyard. Outside and a fish preparation area. Kayaks are available for use and stored down on the beach at the boat shed. Guest access The house is private and comfortable, Large outside and deck areas. Kayaks are available for use. Other things to note No pets sorry as there are ground nesting penguins and banded rails on the property.
