Quiet Napier Retreat

Our warm peaceful apartment is situated on a semi-rural lifestyle block in Napier's Jervoistown area which is close to the express-way and the cycle tracks (John's Road off Meeanee Road). This ideal central location is 10 minutes drive to Napier city and Hastings. The space Is a sunny, warm home, with comfort in mind and to be your home away from home, with all the little extras, including free WiFi. Guests are very welcome to entertain family and friends whilst staying. Bedrooms: (maximum of separate 4 bed options) The apartment has two bedrooms with quality beds. The main bedroom has a NZ sized king bed with an electric blanket for the cooler months. Bedroom 2 gives you the option of a super king bed or 2 beds (king single & long single). A king single is discreetly placed in the open-plan living room. A modern portacot with bedding and a highchair is available free. We provide all the linen. Open-plan living area: The kitchen includes a dishwasher and a side-by-side fridge/freezer. The cooking facilities are a bench-top oven, microwave, electric fry pan, rice-cooker and a 2-zone electric induction hobs. There is a hooded BBQ 6 burner (with a side cooker) for those who love to cook outside. The lounge has comfortable recliners, an LED TV, stereo system and DVD player. There are games, puzzles, books and movies suitable for all ages. There is a heat pump/air conditioner for winter and summer comfort. Other areas: There is an integral single garage and off-street parking with ample room for a boat or trailer. The laundry is in the garage with a washing machine, dryer and ironing board etc. Guest access The apartment is a self-contained 2 bedroom unit which is separated by two garages from the host's house. You will have the privacy, a single garage, ample off-street parking and own access to the front gardens. There is room to park any big vehicles and trailers. Other things to note Wheelchair friendly - the unit is easily accessible via the ranch-sliders, doors and hallways. The kitchen and bathroom have been designed with wheelchair accessibility. Bathroom includes wet-floor area for the shower. All internal door openings are at least 30 inches wide, with the openings from the kitchen and lounge to the hallway being 34 inches wide. All clean linen and towels are provided and we will take of the replacement linen. There is no cleaning fee, however if you can do the dishes or put the dishwasher on before checking out; we will do rest. As the place is in a semi-rural area, we have a septic tank and filtered bore water
