The house is located just outside of downtown Haarlem. It's a 7-minute walk to the station. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, and the space between them can be used to eat. There is a fridge and microwave. The two rooms can be rented separately and can be locked. The space The upper house is occupied by 1 person; the area is reasonably quiet. Parking is not possible in the street. There is a nearby parking garage where you pay 1.37 per hour. Guest access The bathroom with shower and toilet, the bedroom that is rented, the intermediate room with seating and fridge and microwave, and a small backyard. During your stay I'm usually at home when there are guests or are nearby and available for questions by phone. Other things to note Welcome to my home. I hope you enjoy your stay! General rules -No smoking. - No drugs -No pet. -Please close all doors always before leaving the house. Garbage There is a grey container in the hall. You can put there all your glass, plastics and paper. All other garbage may be thrown away in the trash containers inside the house. Bedrooms You find clean towels in the room. There is an extra heater in the room to use when you are cold. Please switch the heater off when you go to bed or when you go out. Hall You are welcome to use the refrigerator and microwave and tableware in the closet . You can make your own coffee and tea. The tableware you used can you put in the box on the stairs and I clean it later Bathroom Please leave it tidy for the other guests. There is shampoo and showercream to use if you like.
