A perfect holiday retreat in the heart of Tuscany, where the rustic features of original Tuscan farmhouse architecture are combined with elegant interiors. The space Villa for 16 people with private independent pool, 15 x 5 m , 1,5 m deep. The villa is a former tuscan farmhouse of the seventeenth century, (800 m2) that has been carefully restored, maintaining its original nature. The villa, furnished with the charm of an country estate with antique furniture, is elegant and extremely beautiful, but also offers modern comforts. Location: The villa is located close to Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Follonica with nice beaches is less than an hour’s drive. The property is located 700 meters outside of a small medieval village with only a few hundred inhabitants Main building for 12 people The large villa, which sleeps up to 12 people, is comprised as follows: Basement Room with "Jacuzzi" bath tub which holds 500 litre of water at a constant thermal temperature, with an ozone continuous purification plant (therefore the water does not need to be changed), because of this the use of soaps and/or detergents is prohibited.
