This property was originally owned by the lake's namesake, Norman Cocke, when the lake was created in the 1960s. He chose this property because its one of the best pieces of land on Lake Norman! It has a beautiful long peninsula that creates a natural cove, beach setting. It is such a great property for every age group, and especially for lake lovers who appreciate amazing water views! The space The home sits on a peninsula lot at the end of a private court. It has water on 3 sides, with a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Norman. It is situated on 2.5 areas for maximum privacy. The house is one level and very long from one side to the other! It offers an open layout so it is great for family and friends to enjoy eachother's company. Guest access It is on a private drive. Guest will have access to the 2.5 areas and the dock area. A pontoon boat may be available for rent upon request. Please understand it is not always available and is an additional cost. Other things to note The house was built in the 1960s and added onto in the 90s. We have made some improvements but please understand before booking that there are still older aspects of it.
