11 sqm cozy room in a detached house with private bathroom on a private floor in a quiet residential area on the garden side. Cathedral/train station: 15 minutes line 5 Trade fair: about 30 minutes Line 5 to Friesenplatz, change to line 3 or 4 to Cologne Messe/Deutz. 5-minute walk to line 5 (Lenauplatz stop) The space The living room and bathroom are on the 2nd floor and are accessible by 2 stairs. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the adjacent gardens. The room is bright and quiet. Between the bathroom and the room there is a separate corner with a fridge, kettle and worktop for preparing hot drinks and cold dishes, but without cooking facilities. Please bring non-slip slippers, as the stairs are waxed. Guest access Guests arrange a check-in time and receive a front door key. Private bathroom & toilet, garden. Bathroom is cleaned once a week by us. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the room. The washing machine in the basement can also be used for a fee. During your stay We are home when guests are there and happy to provide information. Other things to note Mineral water and towels are provided. Bed linens are changed every 14 days for longer stays. No shared use of the kitchen is possible. A bicycle is available on request. Use of the parking space on the property is only possible by prior arrangement. Please request when booking!! For longer stays, the use of the washing machine in the basement is possible for a fee (energy costs). In the event of loss of the house key, replacement costs of currently €100 are to be paid by the guest directly on site. The guest must make a declaration of commitment that when using the provided Internet access (Wi-Fi), he will refrain from viewing and distributing prohibited content as well as downloading and distributing copyrighted films, books, games, etc. and otherwise be liable for any damage incurred.
