Ancient residence

The house is located in a small hamlet between Monticelli Terme and Montechiarugolo, 15 km from Parma, on the main road opposite the church. Two floors: on the ground floor, there is an eat-in kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with only a toilet, and two single beds that can be converted into two double beds or two sofa beds. On the second floor, there is a double or twin bedroom, with a bathroom with a shower and a small terrace with a table, chairs, and a barbecue. There is a large garden with a private and exclusive pool in summer. The space The apartment can easily be prepared for 2 to 6 people. Around the house there is a large garden shared with the 19th-century villa inhabited by my family. In the summer months, the private 5 X 14 meter swimming pool with sun loungers and deckchairs is available for exclusive use. Guest access Guests have their home at their complete disposal and can go to the pool and use the ping pong in the garden shared with the family villa.
