Near Wollongong CBD, in close proximity to a beaches, train, bus, shops, coffee & restaurants. Featuring 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, open living & a yard. $300 = 4 adults or a family (parents & primary school age children). Additional adults $50 per night. During Long Weekends (such as Easter) and school holiday periods, the rate will vary and a minimum stay may apply. The space You are able to book the whole house or multiple rooms in the house depending on your type of stay. The price listed of $300 for the night is for 4 adults OR 2 adults and their children (primary school age). Additional adults are $50 per night. As a result of this the price is negotiable depending on how many rooms you desire, how many adults/children will be staying and the number of nights staying. Please contact me with your enquiry. Room 1 - is set up with a queen bed. I am currently in the process of getting a door put on this room. It also has a TV and DVD player. Room 2 - This is the master room, with a queen bed and does have a sliding door. Room 3 - This has a single bed and single trundle bed. Room 4 - This has single bed and single trundle bed. I provide linen, bedding and towels. Guest access You are welcome to access the bedrooms and the open living area of the house (kitchen, lounge, dining), both bathrooms, as well as the front and back yards. Other things to note If there is anything I can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please don't hesitate to ask. I also have another listing which is for the entire house so if this is something that interests you, please don't hesitate to ask. Check in time is 3pm and check out 9am but I am happy to be flexible with this upon request. There are DVD's, books and board games available for your use. If you have young children I have an endless supply of toys and books they are welcome to play with, as well as a trampoline, flat backyard etc.
