Entrance is on the ground floor and shared with the hosts. The guests are welcome to use the microwave and toaster in the kitchen. The reception area is light and airy with a large skylight allowing natural light into this relaxing space. A mini fridge, kettle, crockery and cutlery are also provided. The bathroom boasts a free standing cast iron bath and a high specification glass wet room. Access to a shared modern kitchen is unavailable, only for the use of microwave and toaster. Guest access The basement which contains a large bedroom, lounge and bathroom is for the exclusive use of the Guest. Access to the basement flat is through the main house on the ground floor. Guests will have milk, tea, coffee, a selection of cereals and a mini fridge available in the basement. During your stay Owners are always nearby for a chat or just information and available at any time. Other things to note The accommodation has a king size bed. The single folding bed will be made available if the accommodation is booked for three guests (refer to pricing section for guest fees). The single folding bed needs to be requested if two guests are not able to share the king size bed. After each booking the guest accommodation will be sanitised. Smoking is not permitted indoors but can have access to the garden.
