The sweeping staircase leads up to the spacious open plan fitted kitchen/dining room. Here you will find a dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, two fridge freezers and well equipped cupboards containing all utensils, pots pans and a complete dinner service. A dining table and chairs, with a drinking water cooling machine is also provided. The dining area leads out onto the top deck. This area has seating, a charcoal barbecue and an automated pergola for sun bathing or complete shade. Back across the hall the lounge has an L shaped sofa, LED TV, multi-channel digital receiver, sonos music system, a DVD player and is fully air conditioned. All rooms in the house have glass sliding doors to take advantage of the panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
